What are Yung Skincare’s shipping times and costs? All orders include free priority shipping within the U.S. We process orders within 2 business days, with 3–5 days transit time after that. Currently we ship only within the United States. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Free shipping, every day, every order—no minimums.
Do you offer international shipping? Not yet—we currently ship only within the U.S. We’re a small, U.S.-based brand (Bozeman, MT) focused on fast domestic delivery. Stay tuned for future international options!
How do I track my order? Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. If you're on the shop app, you can also track from there. You can also contact us anytime at kate@yungskincare.com.
Do you offer subscriptions or auto-ship? Yes! Subscribe to the Night & Day Cream (or other products when available) for convenient delivery on your schedule. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime—no obligations.
Returns & Refunds
What is Yung Skincare’s return policy? We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, keep your receipt or proof of purchase and return any used product with the remaining contents still in the jar. Contact us first at kate@yungskincare.com—we’ll send a prepaid return label within 48 hours and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once we receive your package at 200 S 23rd Ave #1044 Unit F1, Bozeman, MT 59718, we’ll process your refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Inspect your package right away. Contact us immediately at kate@yungskincare.com with photos, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund).
Are there any items that can’t be returned? The policy applies to all products as long as they meet the eligibility rules above. We want you to love your skin results!
