Shipping

All orders come with free priority shipping! Ships within 2 days with additional 3-5 day transit time. Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S.

 

Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase and the remaining product in the jar (if used).

To start a return, you can contact us at kate@yungskincare.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 200 S 23rd Ave #1044 Unit F1, Bozeman, MT 59718

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 48 hours of receiving your request, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will receive your return once the package has been received at our above address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
